Roslynne Flacks is the founder of FirstPoint BioTech Inc. and a chartered accountant with senior operating and management expertise. She has a talent for innovative thinking and making rapid assessments of diverse situational challenges and then developing and leading a successful and effective action plan. She has many years experience in the investment banking sector with a focus on life and environmental sciences.

Dr. Jeffrey Berg, PhD (Organic Chemistry), MBA

Dr. Jeffrey Berg holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry and an MBA from New York University graduate schools. His career spans 30 years in the health care industry as a scientist, consultant, analyst, medical writer and as a director of four public companies. Dr. Berg currently heads his own consultant firm developing strategic alliances for early stage companies with large corporations, conducting searches for technologies, products or businesses to license or acquire and preparing market and technology assessments and conducting due diligence studies.

Dr. Martin Heath Bluth, M.D., Ph.D.

Dr. Martin H. Bluth received his Doctor of Philosophy (Immunology) from SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn in 1997 and his Doctor of Medicine in 1999. He is Board Certified in Clinical Pathology/Laboratory Medicine and in Blood Banking/Transfusion Medicine. Dr. Bluth is currently Associate Professor and Director of Translational Research at Wayne State School of Medicine and Associate Director of the Transfusion Service, Department of Pathology, at Detroit Medical Center/Harper Hospital System in Detroit Michigan, USA. He has co-authored over 80 book chapters, abstracts and manuscripts and holds over 15 New Inventions and technologies many of which are patent pending. He is Founding Editor/Editor-in-Cheif of the the Journal of Pharmacogenomics and Personalized Medicine (Dove Press) and has recently pioneered biomarker discovery platforms for use towards clinical applications and entrepreneurial start up companies.

Dr. Henry Ferstenberg, received his M.D. from the University of Brussels in 1977 and completed his post graduate studies at Beth Israel Medical Centre, New York in 1983. He is an extremely successful and accomplished board-certified surgeon and gastrointestinal endoscopist with more than thirty years of experience. He is currently Physician-in-charge of Surgical Endoscopy and Student Teaching for the Cabrini Medical, New York City.
